The Premium Offer AI is an AI-powered copywriting tool that helps you rewrite and refine your marketing copy, offers, headlines, and proposals. We provide diagnostic feedback and premium rewrites based on your input.
3. Subscription and Billing
Full access to the service requires a paid subscription at $97/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. A free diagnostic is available for new users.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the service for unlawful purposes, (b) attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute AI-generated content as your own proprietary tool, (c) share your account credentials with others, or (d) use the service to generate deceptive or fraudulent content.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the copy you submit to the service. The AI-generated rewrites and suggestions are provided for your use. The Premium Offer AI brand, software, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business outcomes resulting from copy generated by the tool. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
